| Svoboda Capital Partners LLC ("SC") formerly known as Svoboda, Collins L.L.C., was founded in 1998 by John Svoboda and Michelle Collins to invest in and help build value-added distribution and business services companies. SC added consumer products to its investment focus in early 2003. Based in Chicago, SC invests in leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity opportunities. SC's staff of eight professionals targets lower middle-market growth companies which typically have $10 to $100 million in revenue and $3 to $15 million in EBITDA. SC has over $220 million of capital under management. SC typically makes investments of $10 to $25 million per company as the sole investor or in partnership with other private equity firms.
