Sharona Justman is the Managing Director of STEP Strategy Advisors with a key focus on media technologies. Sharona has a breadth of expertise in many industries and brings her knowledge to assist companies to achieve revenue goals and exit opportunities. Sharona also co-founded Rubenstein / Justman Management Consultants, an information systems project management firm managing enterprise-wide information systems evaluation and selection for middle-market companies since 1986. Sharona is also a CPA and was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Sharona is an alumna of Hebrew University of Jerusalem and California State University, Northridge with a BS in Accounting and Economics. Sharona is a member of the Business Advisory Council for the School of Business at CSUN, serves on the Board of the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA), and is on the Advisory Board of several emerging growth companies.
