Allan Duboff, a partner in Loeb & Loeb LLP’s Los Angeles office, maintains a diverse corporate and business practice with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, licensing and general business matters. He is a leading authority on limited liability companies. As a member of the California State Bar Drafting Subcommittee, Mr. Duboff was instrumental in the creation of the Limited Liability Company Act.
Mr. Duboff advises clients ranging from emerging growth companies, closely held companies, equity funds to public companies in a range of transactions. His experience spans a number of industries, including manufacturing, high-tech, media and entertainment, food service, consumer products, medical devices, apparel and coin-operated laundries.
Mr. Duboff received his J.D., cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania Law School; his MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles.
