Mike has been involved in assisting companies in performing real estate due diligence on M&A or large portfolio transactions.

- Mike is a CPA, a state certified real estate appraiser and Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor (CIRA).
- Mike was a member of the AICPA Business Task Force which wrote the AICPA guide, “How to Value Closely Held Businesses.”
- He spent 12 years in the firm’s real estate audit practice group before specializing in real estate advisory services.
