Gokul Agarwalla has been a global management consultant for the last 30 years deeply involved with strategic and reengineering initiatives throughout the world. He has been instrumental in developing the outsourcing industry in many nations and has played a significant role in developing the framework for iSeva's "More With Less" initiative. His conviction comes from a firm understanding that benefits resulting from labor arbitrage are temporary at best. Sustainable productivity improvements and cost reductions are possible through continual use of improved technology.
