Christopher D. Jennings is a Managing Director of ROTH Capital Partners. Mr. Jennings is responsible for ROTH Capital’s investment banking activities in its Los Angeles office. Mr. Jennings manages public and private equity and debt offerings as well as merger and acquisition assignments. During his career, Mr. Jennings has arranged almost $5 billion in public and private financings. Since 2003, the members of his team have completed $1.7 billion in financings, including 38 PIPE’s and registered directs.
Mr. Jennings initially joined ROTH in 1995 and has held senior investment banking positions at firms such as Friedman, Billings Ramsey & Co, Inc; Dean Witter Reynolds; and Warburg Paribas Becker. Mr. Jennings served four years as a member of the Board of Visitors of the Anderson Graduate School of Management, that school’s governing body.
Mr. Jennings is currently a member of the Board of Advisors of the Entrepreneurial Studies Center at the Anderson School. Mr. Jennings graduated with a degree in economics and public policy from New College, and received his MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
