Ungad has overall responsibility for operational matters at TSX Venture Exchange, Canada’s junior stock exchange.
Additionally, Ungad is responsible for the listings business for the TSX Venture Exchange in the Ontario region, and, as the Exchange continues to expand its listed customer base he is responsible for attracting and facilitating a smooth going public process for US and international customers.
Working in conjunction with investment banking, legal, accounting and other financial stakeholders such as angel groups and VCs, Ungad is raising awareness of the TSX Venture Exchange financing opportunity for Small to Medium sized growth companies through education and by profiling success stories from the TSX Venture space referred to as "PVC" or Public Venture Capital.
A Chartered Accountant by background from Ernst & Young LLP, Ungad has been working in the Canadian capital markets for over 9 years.
